How can I flush out or free space on a temporary tablespace.

I have 16G free but very very little is free. I need to create a materialized view but I can't not enough tablespace free. It runs and runs and never finishes.

Help. I want to clear out the temporary tablespace so I can get the MView created. I have plenty space in the tablespace where I'm creating the Mview just not any in temp where the sort is being done.
