How can i export the table and import the same in another schema

Hi experts,
I have a doubt,

1. how can i export the table's & data alone in the specified schema. i have one schema called underwriting this schema contains nearly 850 tables i want to export the tables with data alone.
2. I have another schema called uwpro i want to import data which i have export from the above.

Note:-
The two sachems has the same structure.

Can please help me how can i do .
