How can I determine the installation date of database tuning pack and database vault?

Trying to determine the date of the installation/unistallation of some products oracle, such as,

database tuning pack and database vault

The need is to know the date of installation and uninstallation of these two packages in the database.

The command: "select * from dba_registry" but this does not show me the dates I need

Any insight or help with this would be greatly appreciated
