How Can i determine shrinkable tablespaces or tables

From quite a few days i am trying to find a SQL, which can exactly point-out shrinkable tablespace/tables and how much space will be released after shrinking. At yet i could not find, you are requested to please help me out. Also let me know, best practice for this.
