How can I delete UNDELIVERABLE queue entries?

95902Feb 4 2005 — edited Feb 11 2005
Due to a missing tnsnames.ora entry, we have entries in a queue table that are marked with a status of UNDELIVERABLE. I need to remove these entries!

I have tried dequeuing them, but Oracle responds that no entries exist.

I'm new to queuing, but I think the entries are not moving to the exception queue because they were not queued with an expire time.

I have searched this forum, MetaLink and asktom but have yet to find out how to do this. I also have a "stagnant" TAR open with Oracle support.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks.
