how can i connect sql server in sql developer?

Regards to all.
i m using SQL Developer, i want to connect SQL Server n it and migrate data from SQL Server to Oracle 10g. When click on Retrieve Databaser its give me the following error:-
"Status: Failur-I/O Error: SSO Failed: Native SSPI library not loaded. Check the java.library.path system property."

plz guide me.
