How can I configure tomcat in eclipse3.1

Hi
I was using eclipse3.0 and had the tomcat 5.0.24 running on it. Then i moved to eclipse 3.1 and tried to configure the tomcat the same i did before but i failed.
i've placed the com.sysdeo.eclipse.tomcat_3.0.0 plugin in the eclipse plugins but still when i open the eclipse I can't find the tomcat options
can any one tell me how can I solve this problem?
