How can i configure Reports Server 12c?

Hello, I have been facing problems with the Reports 12c installation. I need a step-by-step guide on how to do it.

My problem is that when I start the Reports Server instance, the log file gets overwritten and it doesn´t work.

My OS is Windows Server 2022 and I am using forms and reports 12.2.1.4.
