How can I call SQLLDR.exe from Window?

Hi,

A stupid question.

I tried to use sql*Loader to do some data migration. However, How can I call that SQLLDR.exe under bin?

Use Oracle Enterprise Manager Console? or what?

I am a rookie for Oracle. Could you show me step by step?
