How can find Provisioned and Reconciliation in OIM Database

Hi All,

I need to query " Who is to do Provisioned or Reconciliation " and " When of Provisioned and Reconciliation " in OIM Database for display custom reports.

Do you know which OIM Tables need to be queried by best practice.
