Hover over not displaying correctly.

I am on version 4.1.1.00.23 of APEX. I have a region that is a list region.I am doing a mouse over a list entry in the list? The mouse over displays correctly in my firefox browser but it is not displaying correctly in Internet Explorer and Chrome.

Is there something we can do to correct this? Let me know if you need anymore information?
