Hot Plug script not working

Hi All-

I have setup Oracle VM on my Intel Machine with 6gb RAM, 2 NI cards. I have been using this without any problem but now I am facing this problem very frequently and not able to startup any single machine. Earlier, I used to face this rarely.

[root@vm log]# uname -a

Below is the error---

I have put xend.log log here, I searched on net and found some one suggested to increase the time-out but could not find the configuration file and even do not know if this is correct approach.
