Hot Backup - Recovery Time

I have 2 questions on hot backup concept please:

Let's say I started hot backup at 9 AM and finished at 11 AM.

1) I can recover database to the point of 9 AM and on (recover until time) as long as I have all archive logs generated between 9 and 11 AM, right?

2) I can recover database up to 11:30 as well if I have archive logs between 9 AM and 11:30 Am?

Please correct me if I am wrong.
