Hosting Oracle Apex Application on OCI

Greetings,

What kind of services I need to purchase to host an Application build in Oracle Apex. How cost is calculated between each component?

I need to calculate cost for 30 concurrent users accessing application.

Application is simple 8 interactive reports and a dashboard presenting 4 graphs. Database less than 10 gb.
