Host Oracle Database 11g on wireless network

Hi,

I have a home PC where i want to setup my 11g database server and use it connect via my laptops on wireless in my home network. I need some guidance on it ? Please help.

Also, how about having the same on cloud ? Can I create a private cloud ?

Please provide your suggestions in details. Help appreciated.
