Host Credentials

OK, I'll bite. First, I'm brand new to Oracle. 2nd, I'm tryin gto set up a wallet for use with TDE and when I'm prompted to supply Net Services Administration: Host Login credentials, I have no clue what is required here. Can someone help out this absolute newbie?

I'm running under Windows.
