Horizontal wizard progress list template - completed steps style?

Hi,

Please take a look a this example I created (using theme 25 and Horizontal Wizard Progress List template):

This list has 3 steps, and page 1 is currently step 2. I'd expect step 1 which has been completed to look different from step 3 which hasn't been completed yet.

However, both steps 1 and 3 look the same. Is there a way to make completed steps to have a different look from not completed ones? This would make much more sense to the user.
