Horizontal Scrolling for the table not working and cannot see all the columns in mobile web browser:

Jdeveloper Version 12.2..1.0.0
The horizontal scrolling is not working for the table and cannot see all the columns in mobile web browser when the table has data in it. If the table has no rows, I can see all the columns, the horizontal scroll works fine. Is there any property I can include to make that work in mobile web browser. I tried the panelgrouplayout with layout="scroll", but it didn't work.
