Oracle Database Discussions

Hello!

I know this is not a Toad forum, but is the best DB forum I've ever been to. And I know lot of people here have experience with this tool...

My free Toad on win2000 cannot connect to any Oracle DB because at start time it says:
Cannot find OCI DLL: C:\oracle\ora90\BIN\*.*

even if the file oraclient9.dll is there and the sys path contains "C:\oracle\ora90\BIN\".

The "connect using" section from Toad is also showing (in red) following:
