Ho to Create users, Profiles and Roles in Asp.Net VB

Hello,

I have created an Asp.net application using Oracle. Now the administrator would like to add users, Profiles and Roles to the app. I have created the pages. But don't know how to code to the database to add users.

Please show me a direction. I dont ask for a complete solution. I can do the coding myself if I anyone can show me the connect to the DB for the job.

I use Visual Studio 2008 and Oracle 10g with Oracle 11g ODAC 11.1.0.6.21 with Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio.
