HL7 A19 Query example or a similar request/response example needed

Hello,

I am looking at developing a HL7 v2 A19 Query processor using the Oracle SOA Suite B2B.
I am looking for an example, whether HL7 or not, in which a remote partner sends a message to teh B2B, this message is passed onto teh SOA SUite, the SOA Suite generates a response message, passes it back to teh B2B and finally teh B2B sends this response as a synchronous response to the external party that sent the request.
I would also be happy with an example where HL7 v2 Inbound is passed to teh SOA Suite Composite where teh ACK is generated and sent backt o B2B for retrnung to the original sender.

Are there such examples / notes? Non-HL7 synchronous request/reply example might be of interest if there is no HL7 example.
