Hitachi HORCM Command Device Oracle VM

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to present a Hitachi Array Command Device to a Oracle VM for X86. I'm presenting the disk as a physical disk but if I inquire the disk attributes with the Hitachi HORCM tools ie ls ls /dev/sd* |/HORCM/usr/bin/inqraid -CLI

It does not register as a command device. If I install the HORCM tools on the OVS servers and perform the same inquiry it returns as a working Command Device (OPEN-V-CM)

So the issue is not with the command device but transitioning from a physical device to a "Virtual" physical mapped device

Any ideas?
