Highlighting Searched Text in PDF doesn't work

Hi,

I have a PDF file where i search for a specific text. The PDF is loaded in the Outside OCX Control. ( outside.ocx ). After searching for the specific word, we need to highlight the searched word. When we try to use the following API - AddAnnotationHilite() of COM Class "OixCtrl", it doesn't highlight the word. It looks like this API doesn't work for the scanned PDF documents. Kindly let us know what could be the cause for this and how it could be resolved.
