highlighting Chart when hovering mouse over Legend

Hi,

How do I highlight Chart when moving mouse over legend?

I have Apex 5.0.4

flash not enabled so I can't use flash charts, have to set "Chart Rendering" to HTML5 :/

So I have something like this and I would like to highlight the blue chart "in any way such as making line thicker" when hovering mouse over blue Legend
