High Memory Utilization in OBPM(with Weblogic 10g) servers

Hi,

We are facing high memory utilization issues with our servers(which has got Oracle BPM 10g and Weblogic 10g).

The total server(physical) memory is 8 GB. There are 5 clusters(4 engine clusters and 1 workspace cluster) of weblogic and 10 weblogic Managed servers(2 MS for each cluster).

Java heap size is occupying 80% of allocated memory to JVM.

The memory settings for the MS are as below
Present setting of Heap is: Initial size 512 MB and Maximum size 1024 MB (-Xms512m -Xmx1024m).

The total server(NT box) is always showing 95% Memory utilization.

How can we identify the cause of this high memory utilization? Is there any thing that we can fine tune,optimize in Weblogic?

Do we need to increase in memory(Physical) in the server?If so how can we identify it?
