High CPU time for a SQL ID in 19C

Facing the Problem of High CPU Utilization for SQLID - 35rf86qg59vrb. However, this SQLID is working most of the time but 1 or 2 times it appears as top Query in AWR for high CPU utilization. The high CPU of SQLID slows down the system. This SQL ID is used by applications frequently. Please provide suggestions.
