High CPU, alot of waits, and what is table Kotad$

Hi,

I'm working on an Oracle 10.2 on Solaris 9 system that is getting very high CPU. There are alot of waits on dual, WRI$_ADV_PARAMETERS
and for an index on table KOTAD$. Anybody have any idea what that table is?

Also there are a igh number of waits for" latch: undo global data" and
l"atch: In memory undo latch" but that may be for a delete operation that was waiting for a commit at that point in time.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
