High availability for Oracle Enterprise Data Quality

Hi, I'm aware that high availability for Oracle EDQ requires weblogic clustering. May I know how the implementation is being done?
Do I need 2 clusters of weblogic, one in the DC and the other one in the DR or I just need one cluster that connecting the servers in DC and DR?
