Hide/Show functionality in Oracle Apex

Sruthi TamiriDec 19 2014 — edited Feb 16 2015

Hi All,

There was a request from our business "options appear when user places cursor over field."

  - I did some research and followed few steps, but i was not up to mark to resolve. Could some one help me on this.

  1. Created a Multi select list by providing LOV list values.
  2. Create dynamic action to show /hide select list on suitable action ie mouse move.
  3. Under properties i had provided values as

Name -> Demo on Hide/Show

Event -> Mouse Move

Selection Type-> Items(s)

Items -> P1_Assigned

Conditions-> I have not selected anything.

Action->Hide

Fire When Event Result is -> True

Fire on Load page -> Ticked check box

Implemented above functionality in Apex 4.2 version.

Regards,

Sruthitamiri
