Hide parameter part of url ?

Is it possible to hide the parameter part of a url ?
For example, when calling a page I write some data in a field of this page.
The url looks like :
http://myweb/pls/pasm/f?p=105:136:3368011318569608824::::136_LOGB_ID:5

Is it possible to hide the "::::136_LOGB_ID:5" part of the url ?
I don't want to show the users the field names and id values.
