Hide NID field for Managers in Hire Screen

Hi All,

We have a requirement to hide the NID field for Line Manager's in the New Hire Screen.

We are having a custom line manager role and i have tried personalizing the NID field using EL and this is hiding the NID field for Administrators having Line Manager role.

Can some one suggest if there is any other way to hide the NID details in the Hire Screen for Line Managers.
