hide menu when the form load

hi how can i hide my menu(mmb) when the form load but display the menu when the navigate to next form

i try this

SET_MENU_ITEM_PROPERTY( menu_name.menuitem_name, property, value ); in when ne form instance it only disable menu item i what the whole menu to be hiden when the form load am in oracle form 11g
