Hide Header and Footer ?

Hi. Is there a way to hide the Header / Nav bar at the top and the Footer area at the bottom ?

I want to insert a public page in a Wordress site for people to interact with. I have set the Page Template to Minimal (No Navigation) and that removes the navigation on the side.
