Hide email addresses in TO list

I would like to send out an email to perhaps a few hundreed people on a mailing list but not show the other addresses in the TO field and not use bcc. So in other words I want to send the identical message to all people as individual looking emails.

I can send them out one at a time but that seems to gobble up[ resources on my server.

ANy suggestions
