Hide and Show Region - Show by default

Hi,

Have read a few threads on this but can't get it working, can anyone point out where I'm going wrong.

I have a hide/show region on my page with a Static ID of 'Region1'.

In the 'Page HTML Body Attribute' I have the following:
onLoad()="document.getElementById('Region1').style.display='block'"

Page loads with errors but the hide/show region is hidden by default.
