Hi Sir I am cannot resolve the ORA-12154 tns could not resolve name error in working plsql developer

Hi Sir,

Please solution for the tns issue, Actually start the Pl/SQl developer it's working, but within 15 ya 20 min after the session is manually restart the insert the username,passwd, database

but not log in this time, show this error in my sql developer window so please guide the solve this issue

Note : I am already add the tnsname.ora file in C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_1\NETWORK\ADMIN
