Hi I want to findout middle record of empno column from emp table...how?

Hi I want to findout middle record from emp table...how?

note:
If total records are 14,Then middle record means 14/2=7...But 7 is not a middle record...both 7 and 8 are middle records...Therefore when i need middle record from 14 records...it should show both 7th and 8th records...That is my requirement
