Hi I am getting error message during running backup at Networker. Can anyone help me on.

ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
The NW authentication for client 'bxdp001-bkup1' was refused by server 'spebr021-bkup1' because 'Permission denied, user '' on 'bxdp001-bkup1' requires 'Recover Local Data' privilege for recovery or 'Backup Local Data' privilege for backup.

There are other database backup is running fine and there is no error.
