Hi Experts,
Our production environment is setup with high availability of 3 servers. to access the HFR RM1 folder on a netstorage, all 3 servers are required to have a secondary NIC card installed. Here is where we have problems. It appears that the 3 servers stop talking to themselves with the NIC. as results, the HFR repository is not loaded in workspace, the R&A agent, and RAFramework is not functional... I have tried a couple of things i found in the forum and oracle notes, including changing the binding... etc..
When the secondary NIC is disabled, everything work fine.
In our TST environment, where we don't have high availability and also have a secondary NIC card installed, everything work just fine. I am thinking that this is only a problem when high availability is configured.
Any ideas? has any one able to fix this?
