HFM URL Whitelist?

Hi all,
we were forced to implement a tool called URLScan for our HFM servers. URLScan is an IIS plug-in used for various security and anti-hacking purposes. Among other things, this tool creates a URL whitelist that, in effect, denies requests for web pages with extensions that are not explicitly allowed.

Is anyone aware of an exhaustive list of URL extensions that HFM requires to run? This would allow us to build our whitelist, and I can't find anything like this in the online documentation.

Alternatively, have any of you faced the task of creating a URL whitelist for HFM on your own? If so, how did you go about it?
