I have seen the capabilities of SmartView when it comes to querying application data by entity for specific periods, scenarios, years, and other relevant criteria. Typically this is done by members of my organization using either the HsGetValue function or via AdHoc reporting in SmartView. I have only ever seen this be done for pulling financial data for specific GL accounts.
A task done on a monthly basis by those I work with is to go into Application Tasks → Data → Process control, select a specific month/phase and then review items like Calc Status, Journal Status, Review Level, Phass/Fail, and Validation.
Is there any way for this to be done via SmartView so that the process is automated and the only requirement would be to refresh the worksheet in excel?
Also - please alert me if there is a better place on these forums where I should/could have posted this question.

Edit:
I realized that I can somewhat get what I want by entering in an account number for the list of entities when doing the Ad Hoc report in Smart View, going to Options, and then setting the cell display mode to Process Management.
However, when I look at the display options when in HFM there's multiple phases utilized by my group. I can't figure out how to edit the Ad Hoc report to get the Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, etc.. values present to view the calc status and review level. Any specific input here would be a great help.
