HFM Smartview Error in the Event Viewer about ASP.NET

I am unable to connect to smartview for HFM server. It say's failed to connect to the provider.

Moreover my office provider service is not visible in the services. I feel that there is a problem with the ASP.NET thing. because everytime i try to connect to smartview it generates the following log in the Event Viewer:
