HFM Services issue after fresh installation

Hi,

HFM version 11.1.2.204

- We can't start services using start.bat script.

- We tried using weblogic console to start managed server and were able to start them.

- But in services.msc we can't see any of our services as running. We tried to access application and not able to access them.

- We have to start them manually in services.msc in order to access application. After a while the services status in services.msc is gone.

Kindly guide what could be the issue or how can we set this problem.

Validate.bat doesn't show any error.
