HFM reports giving "Access Denied" error

Hi All,
I am in a really critical situation.
I am getting "Access Denied" error on accessing any of HFM reports through web or FR studio...all planning reports are working fine...
.
I think the DCOM settings have some problem...
FR is not able to communicate with HFM cluster

can anyone suggest resolution for this..
