HFM or HFR ?

dear all
i have an accounts degree and 5 years work experience in finance. i have never used any of the hyperion products before and i would like to learn Hyperion financial management or financial reporting, can you experts in layman's term please...
1. explain to me what is the difference between the two ?
2. what are the chances of me getting a job after the course without experience?
3. do i need a certification to get a job
4. is there any institute in London that provide the courses?

your help will be very much appreciated
