HFM - Menu options issue

Hi,

I have a strange issue going on and I am the Admin , below is the image

We see the menu items like Navigate ,file and others. Issue is I don't see additional options when i highlight any menu item .

Say If i select Tools - it should display some options like Change Password, Install, Launch HFR, Links.......But for me , none of the menu displays any options.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot would be great.
