HFM JAVA API Issue - SessionOM.createSession

user12295206May 8 2023 — edited May 8 2023

Hi, I've developed 3 REST API web services using the JAVA API's. They handle authentication, metadata extract and scan / load data. I'm now starting to get an issue when trying to run the ‘scan’ web service. The issue is when I try and create a session from the SessionOM class - this is the message I get oracle.epm.fm.hssservice.RegistryWrapper getServerProperty
SEVERE: Invalid HIT Registry property. I have created the environment variables EPM_ORACLE_HOME and EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE pointing to local directory and with the reg.properties copied to my local EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE variable in C:\DataStorage\EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE\config\foundation\11.1.2.0. Authentication works OK, but don't know how to identify the Invalid HIT registry property. Many Thanks Graham
