HFM java api issue

Hi,

I am working on hfm java api. I stuck some where when I want to promote an entity to review level 1 to 10 like the class PromoteToState is present in oracle.epm.fm.webserviceproxy.datatype.PromoteToState package when i imported that package in my class file it is not taking even I added all the jar files in my eclipse ide. And one more thing also need to lock Entity after promote to publish state using hfm java api.

Please do some needful.
