HFM is not consolidating data up to the parent level

Hi,

We are currently using HFM 11.1.2.1 and loading data using Smart View templates to our forecast scenario. Once the data has been submitted the data can be seen at the base level where loaded but the consolidation status shows NODATA. I have checked that the FX rates are loaded and they are all loaded properly. Even after running a Consolidate All with Data there is not data populating to the parent. This seems to be random as this is not happening on all scenarios or all years. We first encountered this problem last month and all was working well prior to that.

Any help would be appreciated!
