HFM / HFR version 11.1.2.3.500 - no data visible in HFR reports

Dear Friends,

I am unable to see any data in HFR reports, its showing suddenly no data (blacks only) for all the reports in DEV. The problem occurs in Development only but i can able see the same reports with data in prod. I have restarted all the services and weblogic servers in Dev environment also but nothing happened. Could you please help me in this regard.
